[OSEN=강서정 기자] YG Entertainment’s newest girl group, BABYMONSTER, has successfully launched their debut with a dazzling first music show performance, signaling a promising start to their activities.

 

On the evening of April 7th, BABYMONSTER appeared on SBS’s ‘Inkigayo’, showcasing their stage for ‘SHEESH’. Given that it was their first music show appearance since their debut, it attracted keen interest from music fans worldwide.

 

Before the performance, the first track from BABYMONSTER’s 1st MINI ALBUM [BABYMONS7ER], ‘MONSTERS (Intro)’, played, instantly elevating the atmosphere. The powerful sound announced the debut of the ‘monster rookies’, alongside a grand stage production that made viewers’ hearts race.

 

BABYMONSTER, revealed under the pouring spotlight, dominated the stage presence from their very appearance, emitting an unrivaled aura. The powerful point choreography, involving swinging arms and kicking feet, delivered a strong impact, and the members’ facial expressions, changing with the beat, made it impossible to look away.

 

The group dance in the latter part, along with explosive high notes, was undeniably the highlight. Despite dynamic formations, the performance maintained perfect synchrony, and the precise yet graceful dance moves were awe-inspiring. The global music fans are in heated response, sensing the emergence of a ‘fully-formed’ group with top-notch abilities.

 

Meanwhile, starting with ‘Inkigayo’ on this day, BABYMONSTER will engage with fans through various content and fan signing events. They will also expand their reach to the global market with a fan meeting tour in five Asian regions, including Tokyo, Japan; Jakarta, Indonesia; Singapore; Taipei; and Bangkok, Thailand, and a performance at Japan’s largest music festival, ‘Summer Sonic 2024’.
